Lada Bohac is the owner of Route 4 Glassblowing Studio and is an artisan
glassblower who was trained in the Czech Republic. From the age of 14,
Lada started to hone his craft. He then continued his study and worked
at Crystalex in Novy Bor, a renowned company for glass art and design.
In 2007, Lada and his wife, Lena, decided to pursue their lifelong dream
of owning and operating their own glassblowing studio and retail shop.
Located at the Quechee Gorge Village in the picturesque and world-famous
town of Quechee, Vermont, Route 4 Glassblowing Studio specializes in
colored glass blown in a variety of shapes and sizes. From the delicate
wine glasses to the whimsical figurines, we have a collection that
showcases Lada's diverse talents. Each unique creation has style and
substance are perfect for gifts or as functional "objets d' art" for the
home. Everyone from children to senior citizens will find something
interesting in Lada's shop. If you would like something that we don't
have in our shop, we'll be glad to custom-craft it to your specifications.
Lada also enjoys restoring and repairing antique and heirloom glass items.

Lada is assisted by Tommy Cyreus, who is also our popular glass-blowing
class instructor.
Our studio is available for rental to experienced glassblowers and private
glassblowing classes are available by appointment.
Route 4 Glassblowing is proud to announce that we are now a state juried
member of the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen.
